25 in 5:  Network for Poverty Reduction

The 25 in 5 campaign is a poverty reduction plan used to reduce poverty by 25% in 5 years and 50% in 10 years.  “A 25 in 5 plan would lift more than 400,000 Ontarians out of poverty in just five years”.  The Workers’ Action Centre is a member of the 25 in 5 steering committee.

Toronto Women’s Bookstore

A non-profit bookstore that is dedicated to endorsing anti-oppression and feminist politics, by offering information and resources on community events and political actions.  The bookstore provides books by marginalized women including:  women of colour, First Nations women, lesbians, working class women, and disabled women.

Council of Agencies Serving South Asians (CASSA)
